- What methods of payment are accepted?

At present, payment by bank card, via PayPal and cash on delivery are accepted.

- How can I order?

First register, if you have not done so before, and log in.

Afterwards select the Moonbird T-shirt you like, specify the size and colour, and put it in your cart.

You can find your cart in the right upper corner. Click Next.

Check the list whether it contains the T-shirts only you want to order actually. Then go on.

Check your invoicing data; supply them, if they are missing.

Then you can select payment and shipment methods.

When completed, you have to wait only a couple of days to obtain your T-shirt.

- I have a coupon number. Where to write it?

When checking the list of your cart, you see a field where you can write the number of your coupon. When entered correctly, the value of the coupon will be deducted from the total. If the deducted amount is not correct, send a message to support@moonbird.hu.

- Can I change my order after having sent it to you?

You can change it within half an hour from submitting the order by sending a message to support@moonbird.hu.

- Can I cancel my order?

You can do so within half an hour from submitting the order. In this case, send a message to support@moonbird.hu. Do not forget to supply the order data as confirmed.

- Where can I change my data?

Having logged in, you can change your data under „Customer Data”. If you want to edit your profile, click „Settings”.

- What shipment methods are available?

T-shirts are shipped by the Hungarian Post. Despite all bad gossip, we do not have any unfavourable experience with its services. Post is the cheapest method, and as T-shirts are not fragile, nothing tempts us to work with a courier company charging triple costs.

- How can be my design included in the system, and how can I participate in the competition?

- I have sent a design for the competition, but it has not appeared yet. Why?

We do our best to approve your application within 24 hours. After this approval, your design is available for voting.

-How can I obtain my commission accumulated?

If you have collected commission specified in the document for designers, we send your payment via PayPal on the subsequent day. If you do not have a PayPal account, create here one.
