If your design win (Design is in the first three finishers) in on of the Moonbird's Contests, all design rights after the conclusion of the competition will become the property of Moonbirdshirts.com.If your design does not qualify for any of the above mentioned three titles, the design rights remain the user's property , free for re-entering the competition or any other uses. If the design is in the first three finishers in the contest, it must not be used elsewhere, the rights taken into account, since this model gets on limited edition T-shirts! Shall the above not be respected, Moonbirdshirts.com takes immediate legal steps!
